I’ve been estatic about how many Lakefront Properties on Old Hickory Lake have gone into a “pending” status.  This has been our best Lakefront Sales month in the last 3 years.  My theory on this is that we have homebuyers that have seen some great Lakefront home prices and have decided to come off “the fence” and buy at these incredible offerings.  I don’t think we will see lakefront property this low again! And with interest rates low, it is a win-win situation.
