UK house prices rise fourth month running, says Nationwide
Building society says average cost of a home increased 1.6% to £160,224 last month, while the three-month figure rose by 3.3% House prices rose for a fourth month running in August as demand for properties continued to outweigh supply, the UK’s largest building society said today.
