What It Sold For: Eugene Kinn Choy’s Chew House
Back in March we noticed this mid-century home on the market in Los Feliz. Designed by Chinese-American architect Eugene Kinn Choy (who also designed the Cathay Bank building in Chinatown), the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath house featured original tiles, a saltwater pool, and a 700 square foot pool house with a wet bar. The 3,183 square foot property was previously sold in June 2006 for $1.655 million
