I wouldn’t buy right now unless you are planning on a long term investment/rental property. Our real estate is really crappy right now, and its supposed to get worse.

I don’t know the exact answer, but as a Florida native with personal knowledge that it is currently a buyer’s market, I would check out realtor.com
