		<description>i dont know if its as bad as other states, but yes its hard to sell houses. 3 years ago a house in my neighborhood would go in 60 days, now they are up for 2 years or more and have to drop the prices. a house (4 bedroom, triple lot, pool) that started at 750,000 finally went after 26 months for 495,000. so nothing seems to be moving like it used to</description>

		<description>I hear there is some drought around, but I don't feel it in Orlando.  I heard of one tourist boat company in Lake county closing because of drought and there is talk that the areas could go into more drought.
We aren't having nearly as much problem as other parts of the SE.  NC is having the worst drought in their history.  Georgia is wondering where they will get their drinking water soon.  One small TN town has it's water trucked in.</description>
