It’s just begining it’s free-fall. Wait two to four years. I also want to by there because I live there. However, despite what the real estate agents say, now is not the time to buy.

The market is ripe for buyer’s nothing been selling for a while and people are ready to sell…prices have been reduced in every area…we are in the second day of a special session in the State of Florida for relief in property taxes and already we’ve seen reduction in property insurance.
I will agree with everyone that the price of houses or condo went too far for a while (humm! created by the media and greedy real estate agents) but with the price correction and the cost of building materials and manpower(prices have tripled) this is a buyer’s market. I don’t believe prices will go lower… and in the past week the 30yr mortgage rate have been rising steady but you don’t see any big headlines about it. humm!!
