I will agree with everyone that the price of houses or condo went too far for a while (humm! created by the media and greedy real estate agents) but with the price correction and the cost of building materials and manpower(prices have tripled) this is a buyer's market. I don't believe prices will go lower... and in the past week the 30yr mortgage rate have been rising steady but you don't see any big headlines about it. humm!!
