I have my Florida real estate agent ’s license inactive(I didn’t pay the board and mls dues )?

Search for their website. It should give you the terms for reinstatement.
Remember that there are two sets of rules:
1. Florida’s
2. MLS’s
The state of Florida does not require you to be a Realtor or belong to MLS. Some brokers do.

Real Estate license and FAR board are 2 separate things. It depends on how long you have been been inactive on whether you can easily get your license back to active status. You need to first go to
and check on your license status. That will help you determine if you have to take more classes. On your FAR membership you need to check with your local board to see what they require.
