when they open up more oppertunity and jobs. Florida is a great place to visit, and okay to live as I have twice. BUT the job market sucks as well as the job variety. And with alot of the population resulting from retirement, that should open up new doors of employment, but it hasn’t. Plus alot of the people that buy there are snowbirds, and they live and work in other states. I really liked Florida and hope that they bring new life there soon. Think about it- it is a food chain- jobs, reality, so on.

5 years, of course there are still pockets which investors are making money. been doing it for 8 years now and looking for new ways to make money in that game down there
