What needs to be done in order for me to become a real estate broker in Florida?

First, you have to be a practicing Sales Associate working under a broker for two years. It is a wonderful profession. I highly recommend exploring all facets of Real Estate and not solely focus on residential sales.

take the state test; pass it.
apply for the license.
if you have not been a licensee previously
as a sales person,
